Made an appointment a week in advance traveled 2.5 hours one way for said appt to find out they were closed!!!! They locked up and left at noon without informing me. Spoke with another lady that had an appt scheduled as well before mine and she showed up to a closed office too. Very RUDE!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE VERY UNRELIABLE!!!! I work 12 hr days and it's very difficult to make time for dr appointments and to be put out this bad upsets me very much! A simple phone call earlier in the morning could have saved me hours and wasted gas money Shame SHAME!!! on this eye doctor for being so insensitive.

Alexandra and Monika were fantastic!!!! I have had places complain that my insurance is hard to use. Alexandra just took care of it like a professional!!
