I came here two years ago for a new prescription for eye glasses and the process was painless. Came back a couple years later for contacts and all three visits were absolutely painless. The doctor and staff are super friendly and get you in and out in a reasonable time. I ordered glasses online for my first visit but I just went with the contacts they suggested this time around. The prices were about what I expected (I paid about 80 bucks for I think about 6 months worth). Highly recommended if you're on a budget.

I went in for my exam and waited a little over an hour to see Dr. Sigmund. She apologized for the wait and explained that she doesn't rush any of her patients and sometimes gets behind. I never felt rushed by her and she gave the impression that she truly enjoys her job. When I came back for a follow up the staff was slow in starting to help me, but they were also doing other tasks. I waited 10 minutes and saw Dr. Sigmund. Her staff called my insurance and got them to cover the cost of my glasses since my prescription had tripled. When I went back to pick up my glasses they were prompt and helpful. Each experience has been slightly different but I am happy with the overall outcome. James is especially kind and patient. He took his time teaching me how to put in my new contacts and helping with my glasses.

Employees are friendly and helpful for the most part. However, they don't seem to know how policies work. 2 years ago this coming February, I got a pair of frames and lenses from here. Within a year and a half, I have received at least 3 letters in the mail saying I owe money cuz the insurance decided not to cover X amount. I know its not really their fault, but i never had that problem at my last eye center. Fast forward, 3 weeks ago the right arm of the frames broke, so I went to get a new pair of the same one. Walmart vision has a 60 satisfaction guarantee policy that say you can return or exchange the purchase of frames and lens. They said I couldn't return the frames I purchased 4 weeks ago due to them put lens in my frames! Who's purchasing frames with no lenses?!?!?!? It also doesn't state any expectations in the policy anywhere! The lady on the phone said she'd make an exception for me even tho no exception should have to be made, and after hearing the hostility in her voice, I'll pass.
