Just had my yearly eye appointment with Dr. Crawford at the Walmart vision center in Meridian off of Fairview Avenue. Dr. Crawford takes his time and answers questions as well as listening to concerns. Mili was awesome in helping me pick out frames that went well on my face. She took her time and gave me the thumbs up and thumbs down as I tried on different frames. All the girls are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

Filled both my daughters glasses prescription here the last few years . Huge selection for children of adorable glasses. unfortunately after wearing them for awhile they were hurting her behind the ears so we came in to have them adjusted and the next day one of the side pieces broke at the bend behind the ear where THEY adjusted them. It literally just fell off, the metal under the plastic cover was snapped. Came in to see if they can fix them but they can’t and to top it off they don’t sell that frame anymore so told us we had to purchase new frames and lenses. The girl even said it looked like it broke from the adjustment but wouldnt cover it. To make it even more aggravating is that we asked to purchase the protective plan when we bought them but apparently they didn’t do that cause it didn’t show up in her chart.

Excellent experience at this location. Mili (Manager) assisted me and alleviated my concerns and made adjustments multiple times to my new glasses after they were delivered. And even went so far as to contact my insurance company when we realized that blue light coating had not been included. My understanding is she spent a lot of time going back and forth with the glasses manufacturer and my insurance getting the glasses done right at the right price. I am very grateful!
