Uh the lady with the glasses im not sure what her problem is but she had a attitude the moment she saw me… and she was rude to the point of like she was trynna argue with me to… and i handled her so professionally i see why its 2.9 rating and idk how its that high if she is like that with everyone…. Like she has a snarkines to her and very bland

Husband and I had an appointment and was told to wear masks. We were happy to do that because we're both high risk for the virus. When we got there, people w/o appointments were running around looking at frames and none had on masks! Only the staff and us were wearing them! We had to leave! We were expecting to spend 500-600 dollars but they don't need our business!

I had my prescription from my doctor back home and came here for the frames and lenses. Although they kept readjusting my glasses, there were unable to fit them properly (the OC height was always a bit off). Luckily they refunded my money each time but it did take several visits before I went to another vision center. The customer service was also friendly and understanding each time.
