HORRIBLE VISION CENTER. Terrible customer service. Paula the manager was very very rude. I have never had a worse experience with customer service than at this vision center. I placed an order for 6 months worth of contacts and I never received them. I called them to ask what was going on and they were not helpful what so ever. They told me it was “out of their hands”. Even though I paid hundreds of dollar for the contacts. They never even apologized once. They never offered to fix the problem. Paula was extremely short with me and had such an attitude that she made me cry. I would not recommend anyone do business with this place. They need to hire a new manger and treat customers right.

I have been coming here since a little everything was great until recently the other day my contact fell out. The new staff who most definitely are a INCOMPETENT group of individuals refused to ask the doctor if he could help me get a contact so I would be able to see until my new supply arrived even if i had to pay they refused. I called their act evil & than they started acting like clowns, falsely & selfishly turning the problem to make themselves the center if attention rather than professionally doing their job & understanding the problem. Finding A New place that cares ! You Should do the same!

I tried sending a review previously, but I am still not sure if it went through. So, I want to simply say thank you and a big shout out to Paula in Pleasanton for continuing to help my husband and I with our eyeglasses. My husband has some special needs, and I cannot say how thankful I am to their kindness and patience and helping us with what we need and explaining our insurance and going the extra mile. . Sara was also very helpful at a recent appointment. Thank you both!
