if i could leave zero stars, i would. every time i’ve ever called there, i’m treated like a giant inconvenience. even when i went in for my appointment, the two girls were more interested in hiding behind a curtain and complaining about scheduling than they were with helping me. they didn’t have my prescription in stock, so i had to order them and was told they’d be delivered to my house.. over 3 weeks later, I call to ask about the order, they were put in to ship to the store and they didn’t know where they were. the lady i spoke with was so incredibly rude, i laughed out loud at one point because i was so flabbergasted by how i was being treated. never again.

One of the ladies who works here is very rude, not inviting or helpful.

Been waiting 2 weeks for glasses. Was told 1. Call to ask what's going on and get told they dont know anything but if I call again at the end of the week then they will look into it. Why not now? Lady was very rude. Will not use walmart optical ever again.
