Today I visited the vision center here on Cooper to purchase new frames and lenses. Citlaly was the sales associate that took good care of me. I wanted to say that I recieved great service from her during my visit. Citlaly was very efficient, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. Let's not forget how kind she was. The wait is to long the price is ridiculous and then I didn’t look around. I should’ve looked around but they show me where to get glasses and I only found high price ones so I got those paid $224 on usually I don’t pay anything with chip but at this place, they only cover $18. But when I came back in, I found cheaper glasses that they didn’t even say they had and I was complaining about the price but they didn’t help. Then we went to go pick up glasses and there was three workers two workers with somebody and the other young lady was trying to set up her cell phone instead of trying to help people so I thought that was a little rude because we waited a good 15 minutes because of her other than that, I won’t be coming back to this one anymore and to everybody else look around there’s cheaper glasses in their then what they show you ps I put a pic with the lady on the work phone setting up her cell phone
