After dealing with the rude and impatient doctor, I then waited almost 3 weeks for the contacts that I supposedly ordered. Then got a call that only a trial pair of lenses had arrived that I couldn't have until I scheduled a follow-up visit with the same doc so he could "train me" in using the lenses. So another payout to them. And soonest appointment was yet another week. At which point the theory goes I would then be able to actually order lenses. Been wearing contacts for 35 years, I don't require that belligerent simpleton to train me in anything. I then requested my vision prescription to go elsewhere and was told I couldn't have it, so essentially I don't have rights to my own medical information. So, conveniently, I HAVE to buy only through them. Good luck if you want to go here, but this entire process was expensive, time consuming, and ultimately an exercise in futility. Not to mention having to deal with an extremely rude doctor.

Got appointment for eye exam in one week w Dr. Timothy Oshea, OD. He exceeded my expectations. He explained in detail the health of my eyes. Extremely professional.

I have tried for years to wear bifocals or trifocals, lined or no line, they end up in a drawer and I just go with readers and RX distance. I spent /wasted hundreds at Lenscrafters. I finally tried Walmart. Dr O'Shea nailed the RX and Jordan nailed where she put the line! Most impressive was that neither needed a bunch of gadgets. They had experience and knew what they were doing - awesome! The cost was just a bonus. The exam was $90 rather than $130 and it wasn't an assembly line set up that took hours even with an appt, I end up spending 4-5 hours at Lenscrafters. Here, I had the exam and ordered glasses within an HOUR:) Then rather than $400 for each pair of glasses (regular and sun), I got a pair of regular lined bifocals for under $300 that came with a free pair of matching magnetic sunglasses. The glasses are lightweight and the most attractive glasses I've ever seen. VERY HAPPY and I won't go anywhere else now! Confident and friendly customer service, great selections and even better prices - perfect!
