They never answer the phone. Saturday only appointments & I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now for my trial contact lenses to come in. After this fitting is done, I will not be returning.

First time at this Walmart. Customer service staff is lazy. One who calls her self office manager, don't know what she is doing. Had to my glasses don't twice after 2 times seeing the doctor. Office manager tried to fix my glasses, had to get a replacement frame, she scratched my lens, and the rope was hanging out the side. When she brought them back she wasn't going to tell me about the scratches nor the rope. And after having a stroke, her so called adjustments caused me problems. I went back to get a refund, and explained it all to her. Got my refund and went else where.

This vision center is horrible. I refuse to return after multiple frustrations with them. The ladies like to talk and have a lot of fun that work there. Too much. They are negligent with their patients and take their sweet time. The ladies need to look and act more professional. I witnessed one of the women not washing their hands before doing my contact exam and touching my eye contact. Very unprofessional.
