Dr. Gorb was very professional, and personable!! She had me very relaxed through the entire appointment. After my exam, I saw Thomas in the glasses area, and again, he was very professional and personable. I decided to have my new prescription lenses put in my existing frames for sunglasses, and regular driving glasses. I just picked up both new pairs which only took four days to arrive. It’s been years since I’ve seen this well. I was so happy with the results that while picking up my glasses, I ordered a backup set of both regular driving glasses and sunglasses. I used an existing frame for my backup sunglasses, and I purchased a Ray Ban frame for my new regular driving glasses. Don’t hesitate to use this Vision Center in the Walmart on Thomasville Rd. You’ll be very happy with the results!

Best eye exam I’ve ever gotten and I’m 74 years old. (Gorb) (sub contractor) Then the assistance in picking new glasses was top notch. I’m losing the feeling that you get discounted service when you go to discount outlets. This experience along with the auto center was the best I’ve gotten. Will continue and May start grocery shopping there as well. Great service and the eye center is extremely top notch.

I was here for an eye exam just prior to the Covid-19 shut down. The optician had written my glasses prescription to be stronger than my contacts prescription against my wishes. Now, I am unable to wear a $300 pair of glasses due to bad migraines from the extra strength. After the shut down when places began to reopen and appointments were available again, I went in to request they reduce my glasses script to match my contacts. I was told I had to pay for a new eye exam first. Both my contact and lens prescription were were done in the same visit and neither prescriptions are even close to being expired. I find this office to be very greedy and will no longer use their services moving forward. I had every intention of paying for the lens adjustment itself, but to force me to pay another $100+ dollars for an eye exam, plus the cost of a lens adjustment after I had initially paid close to $400, is unjust. I would not recommend using this vison center. I understand business are hurting after the shut down, but this kind of greed I will not support.
