I, personally don't recommend This Vision center because of the ill customer service and hardly any support. I took my two, 11- and 8-year-old in for their eye exams. Staff was friendly. After their exam cost, I couldn't afford them to pick out glasses yet and as soon as I said that the Eye Dr said "oh" and put the papers down at the register and walked away without saying another word. The review STAR isn't because of that. I went to Walmart today for them to pick out glasses and the staff said, "yea if you don't buy anything after the exam, they don't put you in the system." I find this horrible customer service in year 2023. I won't be spending my money and time with a company Doctor that seems to not care about my family's eye health due to them withholding and not documenting. This vision center is more focused on profit.

Lindsey was hands down the best to work with. While I was waiting for my exam, she checked my style of glasses, and got a collection to show me when I got done! I didn't even need to look at the wall because she picked out the cutest pairs … More

I recently had an appointment to get new glasses. Everyone in this Vision Center was so nice, polite and helpful. I ordered 2 pairs, one regular and one sunglasses. Was told it would be approx 8 days, probably sooner. I was there on a Wednesday, got a text they were ready that Saturday. Amazing service. Very pleased. Glasses are great!
