I was turned away from Vision Works because my insurance is a little different. His insurance rep doesn't work on Saturdays so I came to Walmart Vision Center. The associate (I didn't catch his name) called my insurance right away and got the plan details. He even had to call a second time to clarify a question but he did not mind one bit. Melissa later helped get me checked out and fitted my glasses. She made a note in the system to ensure my contacts arrived before my wedding. Great customer service!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, and always had a great experience. That’s why they are getting a 2 instead of a 1. The doctor I really liked has retired. I was shocked when, as a loyal customer, I was treated rudely when inquiring about what to do if my prescription has expired during Covid, when it’s impossible to get an eye exam. Associate was extremely defensive from the beginning of the conversation, and somehow knew my prescription was “too expired” when it was folded up, ten feet from her. Some of us have expired prescriptions, but still need to work, and I was hoping for some guidance, even if they couldn’t help me. Associate was defensive and unwilling to offer even the slightest help or advice from minute one. They have lost a loyal customer over this! Lack of compassion is not a good quality in a business.

I just moved here from NY. Nicest people i've ever met. So helpful. Got my prescription from NY and had my glasses in less than a week. All 3 pairs. And i got all 3 pairs for the price of 1 pair at pearl vision or lenscrafters. Thank you so much to the staff there. I will be a return customer.
