I took my kiddos here for the first time and we had a great experience both separate times that I was there, couldn’t figure out the insurance and Mario was really helpful on the phone, then Dr Tina Kastler was so patient with my daughter that was terrified. My son couldn’t find glasses that he liked and he was also helped, everyone is so nice there! I will keep bringing them there every year.

My visit here was awesome here! The Optometry name “Tina Kastler” really made me customer experience good and definitely will return to this Walmart Vision center because of her. She went above and beyond to make my exam comfortable, also shows a lot of care into the job and actually helping others! Also Brittany the worker there was really sweet and kind also letting me know about discounts without asking. She just seems very trustworthy and honest and thank you guys.

Every member on this team at 59th Ave & Bell Rd is knowledgeable and so helpful. They are kind, and know how to treat people. I popped in on a Sunday to make an apptmt as I was having some issues with my vision. Brittanie asked me about my symptoms and made my appt. I wasn't gone long and I got a call from the Vision Ctr. I then got a call from Dr. Kastler warning me that I could be in danger of a very serious problem with my eye.What doctor calls you personally anymore?? Let alone on a Sunday! She referred me to a retina specialist. Thanks to their concern and great care I have both eyes and learned that I have a condition that will need monitoring for some time. They have always been so helpful to me with my weird insurance and indecision on frames, but this was true customer care. So many physicians and retail places could learn a lot from this great team of professionals!
