Went in not knowing what I wanted and have never worned glasses before. The doctor was very sweet & nice. The staff there was helpful & patient with me. They all cared about my opinion & I asked them for help on picking something that I had no idea I was going to love so much. The manager was so friendly & helpful as well. Outstanding customer service. And I’m very grateful Kathy I believe is her name. That she had me well taken care off & I was on my merry way! Thank y’all!!!

They have a hard time getting PD correct for progressives. I went for 3 year check up, PD doctor gave me was way different. Ordered glasses and the vision center was way off so I had to get PD remeasured using the binocular things. Same thing happened to my wife, PD was different from 3 years before. She went to get measured and mentioned the discrepancy. They said she would have to pay $10 even though this is obviously an error on their part. Not going back there!

Absolutely love the doctor and her staff. They helped me pick out the frames fitted better for my face as well as prescription sunglasses (definitely worth it). Every time I have any issues they're always there to help me!
