Xenophobia is real… my mom went to get her glasses fixed at this location. The woman helping today with dark hair, made my mom feel horrible. My mom attempted to purchase a new frame and have her crystals out into them, she has donde this before and typically is an easy fix. She stated from the moment that she started communicating in Spanish and using a translator, this woman’s demeanor changed. She tried to give my mom another crystal that wasn’t hers and was a completely different Size. After a lot of back and forth with me on the phone trying to translate and a Walmart employee who was kind enough to help started translating in person and realized everything that this woman was trying to do. She had asked my mother to leave, my mom couldn’t leave as she needs her glasses to see! She can’t drive without them, she even showed her her driver liscence to explain she is required to use them. Thanks to the Walmart employee my mom was able to leave with both her crystals and a new frame, unfortunately the new frame she bought is all twisted as the eye care lady did not know how to do her job properly, and she will have to go back again with more time and maybe get help from another employee. Very disappointed…

I went to the Walmart Vision Center at the Spring Creek location for the first time and all I can say are good things! The workers were extremely kind, patient, and attentive to my needs. Especially Shammi, she made sure all of my requirements were met and she had an amazing personality! I will definitely recommend coming here.
