It was my first time buying glasses for myself, and the lady who helped me was wonderful! She was patient and explained everything to me super thoroughly and didn't push. She was very nice and knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. Both women working at the time were incredibly helpful.

After looking three other options I found The best deal to be here! The sales associate, James, was so friendly and personable; he made the process quick, easy, and fun! I would Highly recommend this location!

Visit 2: fluke accident and lens popped out of frame. James had great customer service and provided great advice and was in and out with my repaired glasses in 5 minutes. Visit 1: I accidentally fell on my glasses while sleeping and popped one of the lenses. My glasses do not have a frame on the bottom half so the wire ripped out too. It was a Sunday and most places were closed but they were able to work with me right away and even replace the nose pads too. Great service all around by the girl I was working with.
