First, let me say that AIMEE and SUZY are top quality people in all regards. I had previously gotten glasses at this location under the PREVIOUS manager of the vision center and had been having difficulty with that pair ever since. After a year of struggling, I finally decided to risk potential alienation and go back to complain. Lo and behold, the management had changed now, and AIMEE is in charge. The difference is like night and day. When she found out the misinformation that I had previously been given by the former manager herself, AIMEE set out to make things right for me. Long story short, between Suzy and AIMEE's dedication and honesty, I now have the pair of glasses that I originally wanted! If you are looking for a great place to get glasses without having to sell the farm to do so, I can wholeheartedly recommend AIMEE and her team. Trust me, she genuinely cares about your experience there and your total satisfaction. Tulsa (and Broken Arrow) we are so fortunate to have this gold mine!
