Wouldn't bother to take my insurance information "over the phone" to see if I was covered due to "other people waiting". I would have understood and been willing to hold, but she did not offer that as a suggestion, instead telling me I had to find out from my provider website.

Do not keep the posted hours. No concern for their customers, they're customer service is what is wrong with customer service in the 21st century.
