Dr. Justin is the worst optometrist I have ever seen. Absolutely rude, impossible to communicate with, and showed up to the appointment 10 minutes late—45 minutes after the office opened. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him just by existing. Please go see any other optometrist in the area. I have never had such a weird, unpleasant, vaguely aggressive, and rude doctor before— and I have been to plenty other Walmart optometrists.

I called the other day to ask questions about insurance and glasses plans. Mrs. Cheryl was more than please to answer my questions and even gave me a call back to follow up. I did get seen almost two years ago by the old optometrist that used to work there with his wife. he was very rude and would talk your ear off and your appointment would end up being 3 hours while people were in the waiting room getting ready to be seen. New people have recently taken over and I have high hopes for it to be way better.

Dr. Justin is the absolute worst. I went there for a regular eye exam and it felt so rushed like they were in the biggest hurry to get me in and out. He never even looked at my old glasses and I was a first time patient. He gave me my prescription and when I looked at my old one I realize he WROTE DOWN THE PRESCRIPTION BACKWARDS. EXTREMELY unprofessional and now I have to go above and beyond just to fix HIS mistake for a new pair of glasses.
