Self check out lady with red and black hair is lazy. Made me wait for my item at 14 because she said she couldn't go grab it even though all the other registers were open and 14 had a long line. Cashier in the next lane told me he was open and I didn't have to wait even though I was already next and said he could go grab my item from behind Register 14. Lazy people can't even walk over to a register to grab something. That's why they're replacing you with machines.

I called ahead for an eye exam and came at the appointment time. There was one person before me. While I was filling out forms, another Walmart employee walked in, and they started doing pre-eye exams on him (checking for eye pressure and color blindness, etc). I overheard the conversation — he was on his break or something. They expedited his check-up and told him he was next. I found the situation odd and spoke up — I had an appointment and was here before him; I asked if they let him go first because he works here. The lady sounded like she was caught off guard. She first told me he had an appointment, then asked if I had one, then said he came in before me, then changed the reply again, telling me I’ll be seen next. After all this, I was told they had squeezed me in for the day. I never asked to be “squeezed in”, I called and asked if you had an available appointment today. You gave me the time, don’t try to act as if you were doing me a favor. If you are full for the day, just let me know. There are plenty of other places I can go for an eye exam. I am not trying to cause trouble, but it’s disrespectful to the customer’s time. The situation could’ve been easily diffused with some proactive communication. I would’ve been happy to wait and let the Walmart employee go ahead of me if they had asked nicely and be honest about the situation. Or simply inform me on the phone that they were full and I was actually add-on, so there would be a bit of wait. Unfortunately, they chose to make excuses and cover-up for the unprofessional behavior. Hence the two stars. There's definitely room for improvement for their customer service. The exam itself went well. But I’ll bring my eye exam somewhere else in the future.

Didn't wear glasses 🕶️ before. This establishment stream lined the process. All employees are very polite/helpful hell they even pick my frames. Assist Manager Lidia is the best and I owe her much thanks for changing my frame last minute. …
