I wanted to to share my excellent experience at Walmart Optical LZ. Cathy was the technician that helped me. I had a difficult issues that she helped me to get it worked out. She was friendly and helpful, but most importantly knowledgeable and very professional.

Lake Zurich location was super clean and super safe in terms of Covid-19. Melanie T. was very helpful. She picked a perfect frame for my glasses, got authorization and negotiated price with my insurance company on the phone. I have received my glasses in few days. Everything is fine.
