Excellent location full of wonderful staff. I've experienced 4 optician specialist at this center, and they've all been nice and helpful.
I went in this location nearly in tears from another local, very expensive optical chain because my $500 pair of glasses (no insurance, unfortunately) kept developing creeping cracks into my visual field. It had been my fourth replacement pair that was doing the same thing, and the first gentleman I spoke to educated me on how particular the new polycarbonate material is with cleaning solution. The other place just told me to use soap and water, which had been fine, but doesn't work for the newer glasses materials.
Important: Use proper cleaning solution on your specs!
During my appointment, he helped me find frames that were the correct millimeters width that I liked (and taught me where to look on frames for width in the future). Next, and I've never had an optician do this for me before in my 20 years of wearing glasses, he gently tested how they say on my nose by pulling and pushing; making sure they weren't pressed too close again my lashes.
I feel like I was truly paid attention to, cared for, and always felt like I had a one on one experience. Out of pocket, with anti glare and transitions, my total was half of the other place and I couldn't believe it.
A couple months later, I went back for a left arm adjustment on my frames and that gentleman fixed them to perfection. He assured me that I could always come back if it wasn't comfortable enough, and informed me that if the area by the left ear was currently irritated, that I may not feel the relief of the adjustment right away. He was just so nice.
Having someone help you be able to see us a very trusting experience, and they made it so smooth. THANK you, Walmart optical specialists!

Worst service ever. Needed my glasses adjusted and a loose lens fixed on 1 week old pair of glasses. The woman who waited on me seemed annoyed that I interrupted what she was doing. Never invited me to sit down, told me the glasses were fine even though they were leaving large red marks. Took my glasses to the back and never said why...didn't fix the loose lense either. I would NEVER go back for any reason. Would give her a zero if i could.

Staff is very nice and extremely helpful. I had Lasik done back in 2007 but within the last year or so I noticed I was going to need reading glasses. I got my eye exam done here and it revealed my near sightedness was also a little bad as well. I got some progressive bifocals. Wasn't happy with the first set of frames so I went back for different ones. After 2 weeks with the new ones i was getting uncomfortable with the feel. Went back today 1/12/2020 and selected a new frame. The staff member was very nice and understanding and I left extremely satisfied.
