The doctor is amazing. He's so nice and did a great job when I went. The girls in the front.. not so much. I chose some glasses, the doctor recommended that I get antiglare, I had said yes at first but couldn't afford it so I called and told one of the ladies that I didn't want the antiglare added anymore. I waited 2 weeks and today I finally went to pick up my glasses. When I got there they started charging me 95 for the antiglare I told them I didn't want. It's also crazy because at first they were charging 75 and now the price suddenly changed to 95? So now they wanted me to wait 2 more weeks for other glasses. I decided to get my new glasses somewhere else but I asked them if it was going to affect my insurance and they said no... well it did, now I can't get glasses at all. Even if they were to try and return those glasses to make new ones, they'd have to recharge my insurance and my insurance wouldn't be able to pay for them. I am so disappointed. This was my first time with this eye doctor too.

Took my daughter here for a regular eye exam , and I couldn’t ask for anything better . Dr De Shaw is very knowledgeable and explained to my daughter about her astigmatism and contacts VS glasses. The staff was also very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased and definitely recommend!

Wonderful doctor and staff! I was on the hunt for a new optometrist, and this place was perfect! Not only are the staff members very friendly and nice, but they are up to date on all the new technology. Dr. Deshaw was very friendly and explained things at my level. The staff is also bilingual for those who speak spanish. Highly recommend this place.
