Dr. Wandu Hu is a 5 star ophthalmologist. I have Glaucoma for over 20 years and I have been under the care of Dr Hu for approximately the last year. She found that disease was no longer stable and immediaely developed a treatment strategy to proactively address it, She is highly qualified, very professional, and very empathic to the concerns of her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hu and her team .

Dr. Hu is a caring and thorough ophthalmologist who has helped me maintain my eye health over the years. She takes the time to explain things clearly and has a calm, gentle manner that helps patients feel at ease. My laser surgery was very successful, and I have had no complications or lasting side effects. I truly appreciate her expertise and the quality of care she provides. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that finding the right eye drop for my condition required trying several very expensive medications. Some bottles cost $200–300, and I only used one or two drops before having to switch to a different prescription. Dr. Hu was kind enough to provide samples when available, which I greatly appreciated. I only wish that when she is away, her associates would be equally mindful of patients’ financial concerns and provide samples whenever possible. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Hu for her professionalism, skill, and compassionate care.

She is incredibly thorough, kind, and takes her time with patients to explain issues and options. I feel reassured after every appointment and have noticed progress in my condition after following her treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great ophthalmologist.
