I had a great experience at Warby Parker in Darien. The optometrist was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable I helping me pick the perfect frame. Best experience I have ever had at any eyewear store. I will definitely be going back there for my next pair of glasses.

I had seen Warby Parker ads on the TV. The product sounded worthwhile. Recently one opened up in the town where I work. I needed new glasses, so I tried Warby Parker. The store was welcoming, and most importantly was the staff. I felt welcomed and in good hands. They knew their product. There was no pressure, but I felt truly helped. The cost was reasonable. I think I found my regular eye shop today.

Friendly and helpful service with a great selection of frames and lenses. Ava and Zeynep are very customer-oriented and will take the time to accommodate individual customer needs. Purchased two sets of frames and lenses in record time in a completely seamless transaction. Great shopping experience.
