Walked into Warby Parker because I wanted new prescription eye glasses and was greeted and helped instantly by Macaleb. He also helped me pick out glasses that I’m very excited and happy about. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. MacDonald was very friendly and thorough with my eye exam and also helped me understand my issues that I had with my bifocals. Will definitely go to Warby Parker Roseville Galleria for all my future needs. Highly recommend them & their staff!!

I was recommended Warby Parker to get an eye exam and new glasses, as the last time I went to another name brand business, I had a very bad experience. I was able to make an appointment for myself in a quick and easy manner. The Dr. who did my exam was very professional and patient with me. I had amazing people assist me in choosing the glasses I was interested in. I was helped by very knowledgeable staff. I have had to return to have adjustments and they help me each time. I enjoyed the experience so much I brought my 2 Daughters in for their exams and glasses. I recommend this business to a lot of people. Matthew helped me several times. He was very professional in the product and had a great vibe for reading the customer for their needs and wants.

Wow what a great customer service experience I had today at Warby Parker. I walked in and was greeted by Macaleb. I was bringing back a pair of sunglasses that I bought on line thinking they were Warby Parker.He asked what he could do for me and I said the glasses don’t fit, they’re too big etc. He immediately said he could help me and spent the next 10 minutes adjusting them without touching me …just looking. He could see exactly what was wrong and fixed them for me. I was just so happy that he was so nice and accommodating to a non customer that I said I wanted to look at their sunglasses because he wow’d me. He proceeded to pick out glasses that he thought would look good on me and not too big. Every single pair of glasses I tried on were comfortable which never happens with me. It was such a great experience I’ll go back in the future and buy additional pairs. And they only charge $100 more for prescription sunglasses which is less than I can get through my optometrist at a 20% discount. If nothing else I’m hoping the manager sees this and does recognize what a great employee they have in Macaleb. Thanks so much.
