The team did a fantastic job of helping me find frames that fit my stronger prescription. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for glasses in the New Orleans area. I was so impressed with the service that I brought my son there when he needed his first pair of glasses. Their optical and customer service skills are unmatched.

Well….
Walked in on Saturday afternoon 9/9/23. Looked at frames in EVERY single display. Tried on at least 25 frames, so it should have been obvious I was a serious customer. Problem is for the 25-30 minutes I was there, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said a word or acknowledged me.
Walked 1/2 block down and HAPPILY spent my 700 at My Eye Dr.

Had a couple of great experiences at this location recently! All the sales associates were friendly and helpful, especially Don the optician- he helped me adjust a couple pairs of glasses and was super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. All-around seamless experience. Thanks, team!
