Assistants were very helpful and personable. Took the time to help me pick out 5 frames and eventually complete my purchase. Wide selection of reasonably priced frames. I recommend them highly and suggest experiencing the wonderful Naperville, IL store!

Was a fun experience which I'd rarely say about picking out glasses. Great selection of frames, very helpful and knowledgeable consultant and much better prices than I have previously had to pay. Can't wait to get my new glasses! And it seems there are warranties for the lenses and the frames so I am comfortable with trying out Warby Parker.

Kudos to Kathy and the Service. Outstanding experiance. I broke my frame and was finding very difficult to manage my day to day work. I bought new lenses but Kathy also helped me to fix my existing one so that I can manage my daily activities. Once again thank you for the wonderful customer service experience.
