First time here and had a great experience. Was able to schedule a same day appointment. I feel my exam options were well explained and I was not pressured into anything unnecessary. Choosing frames was relaxing, with an adequate amount of options and staff helped me.

Dr. Carly at Warby Parker North Loop is the best optometrist I’ve ever encountered. I expected something very quick, just enough to get a prescription so I could go purchase some new glasses, but she was so thorough in educating me, recommending eye care products and follow-up for some minor issues. I’ve never had an optometrist spend that much time in patient care beyond the eye exam itself. Very impressed!
