I walked in to a bright, organized, and clean store. I asked Dan if he would be able to adjust my crooked glasses. He examined the frames, told me about what he could do and the risks. 5 minutes later my glasses were prefect. I appreciate his help and pleasant attitude. I had a great experience in this store.

Exceptional service from Casey and Dan. I bought five pairs of glasses and was expertly fitted and attended to---on a busy Saturday no less. I have purchased multiple pairs of eyeglasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker stores for nearly ten years and am very glad they are now in New Haven.
