My last 3 pairs of glasses have come from WP and they have excellent customer service. Everyone in this store is very helpful and I’ve had a good experience with the non-local customer service as well. My puppy got a hold of my new glasses and they replaced them for free. I and my naughty puppy are so thankful.

Bought my first pair of glasses from Warby Parker today all thanks to the store rep, Leo. She was so patient, fun, and personable, she felt like a personal shopper. Thanks for giving me fun feedback and getting all my questions answered. Can’t wait for my new glasses to come in!

Not sure if I left a review, but their customer service is great. I'm a OTR trucker and I've walked in and they're more than happy to adjust my glasses. Just really good people. I wish they had a location out towards Waukesha or Pewaukee or somewhere I can park a big truck, but that's my problem.
