The store was laid out simply to make browsing efficient. The person who assisted me was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. He even advised me about filing a claim for partial reimbursement from my insurance carrier. I’m looking forward to receiving my glasses.

Today was my first experience with Warby Parker. A friend at work recommended them and I was able to get an appointment the next day. This was great because my current frames are broken. Everywhere else I looked couldn’t see me for weeks. The staff at the store were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be returning!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Exam room was clean. The technician explained everything that was going to happen. The time between parts of the appointment were short. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
