After 20 years with Warm Springs Optometric, I can openly and honestly say that
Dr. Susan Perrine and her staff have risen to the stratospherically
rarified air of Nirvannah, and that is the unvarnished truth.
Achieving a state of grace is often thought of as being impossible, but it is not. One simply has to work at it, diligently...as they have.

I have used this clinic for my vision protection since 2008, enjoyed doctors’ professional services. However, I would not recommend this clinic since I had disappointed experience with its policy recently. I had received new prescription sun glasses with so called high quality Tom Ford frame in June 2023. Being enough disappointed, this frame arm got broken in less than three months. And even worse, I was told by clinic, it is not under defined warranty policy, such as scratching, or other surface defects. Any material defects are not counted. So, as the result of this material defect, I have to pay for a new frame in 35% discount from my own pocket. I will not buy any glasses with Tom Ford frame, and put question mark on the service from this clinic in the future.
