My family has left our eye health in the excellent hands of Dr. Chang for well over a decade and have always been pleased. When it was time for cataract surgery I had zero worry about the outcome because I knew that Dr.Chang is the best around. Dr. Chang truly cares about his patients and is a wonderful doctor and human being.
