Received an incorrect prescription. My glasses had to be remade. I waited over two months for the contact lenses I paid for to arrive. Ultimately could not use them because they ordered the initial incorrect prescription instead of the updated correct one. It takes them 3-5 days to respond to voicemail.

Referred here because my eye specialist retired and I have many serious eye problems. I could not call them because their phone will not accept menu choices when you select. I had to drive there to make the appointment. I informed them of their phone problems and they said they were aware and working on it. Just so happened the day of my visit I was on like my third day of very blurry vision in right eye. I told the assistant that was getting my history. The Doctor seemed irritated at my eye history and pretty much ignored my complaint about blurry vision. I literally had to chase him down the hall to ask for a previous prescription i was on with my previous doctor. He wrote out the Rx real fast and walked away quickly. Tried to fill the Rx but he never included the quantity, so the pharmacy won't fill it. So I am stuck , still have blurry right eye and no Rx. I decided to call and fix this. They still don't have a working phone number that will accept menu choices, its been like two months! I get determined and find an alternative number for them through after hours emergency number. I call that number, put on hold, then hung up on. I call back, they finally get me connected with the office, only to have the receptionist put me through to the technical option and leave a voice mail. I tried once again through the emergency number, explained to them my dilemma. They got me connected and they talked to the receptionist and told me the technical option was for prescriptions and there is nothing they can do to help me, just leave a voicemail. On top of none of their phone menu options are for refills or to talk to the main operator, the options are not selectable at all. It's like someone on meth is running the joint. I have no idea how to fix this or find another eye specialist that is good. This is making me sick to my stomach with anger and frustration. This is unacceptable behavior for anyone in any medical field.

I WAS LIED TO!!! I was lured to the 'Warwar Eye Group' under false pretenses! It all started (two months ago) when I was referred to the 'Warwar Eye Group' for Under Eye, Eye Bag Removal surgery, by a Dermatologist office in Beavercreek. I then called the 'Warwar Eye Group' on the phone, and asked the woman on the phone if I could schedule an appointment with Dr. Warwar for my Eye Bag Removal surgery, and she told me that I could, as he did do Cosmetic Eye procedures as well as Vision procedures. She then asked me if I also had any vision problems, and I said I did, so she also suggested that I have my vision tested - I agreed. They couldn't fit me in for my Eye Bag Removal surgery for almost a couple months - So I waited - Patiently. Finally the day of my appointment arrived. I went to their office, only to find that no one in the office knew anything about my Eye Bag Removal - Including the Dr himself, who informed me that he didn't do Eye Bag Removal surgery!!! It was then that I realized that the woman at the 'Warwar Eye Group' had lied to me, and lured me to their office just to increase their business, and bill my insurance just for an Eye Exam!!! Some people have absolutely no integrity.
