The VA don’t deserve the one star given. Someone really need to look into this. My husband has been trying to make an appointment over the phone for week and the phone is never answered. Our veterans deserve more respect than this.

What is the secret of getting someone to answer the phone in the Wash DC Eye Clinic? I have called half a dozen times. I'll try smoke signals next. Incompetence!

Ever since the pandemic the eye clinic has been almost impossible to get a hold of. The eye store is worst. They go to work but never answer the phones and God forbid if you knock on the door and you don't have an appointment. People need to see!
PS: By the way that's the wrong phone number listed for them (probably on purpose).
