The service provider have show reckless on there practice. The experience of visit is not professional. the offshore billing company had the wrong address passed down from them and I only know when getting calls from collections agent for co-pay. Both office and offshore billing company are very hard to reach by phone.

Billing SCAMS from this doctor’s office! At my last visit here before moving out of state, I paid my balance in full, including my co-pay that day. That was in Dec 2020. Today, I received a call from a COLLECTOR telling me this doctor’s office turned me in for outstanding balance owed of $45 for the date of 12/11/2020. I told them I had the receipt from my FSA and could prove I had paid. It didn’t matter! This would be reported as a COLLECTION to the credit bureaus if I did not pay the $45. So, they now got an extra $45 from me for their service. But Dr Chen is great! Get your billing together!

Dr Chen is the best. Kind, caring and he listens. Staff is like wise. Can't say enough good things about care. Cataract surgery was easy and no need for anxiety. Thank you for the great service
