Have gone to Dr Martin for years. Last appointment I waited for over 2 hrs and rude receptionist told me it would be 1 more hour. I left. Today had a nother appointment wanted for over 1 hours the appointment was to include a prescription for glasses. Went into office and teck said I would have to come back for that. I walked out sorry Dr Martinbut I won't be back.

Dr. Martin has been my opthamologist for over 10 years. He is excellent. On a scale of 1 to 10, he is a 15!
His staff is fantastic, friendly, and most importantly, professional.
Oh let's not forget Dr. Hong Tieu!
She is, by far, the absolute best!

My mom been coming to Dr.Martin for years. I honestly cringe when I bring her. The waiting times to get seen is terrible. We love the doctor and have never had a problem with the staff they are all great. But scheduling needs some work. We all live busy lives and to be waiting so long gets frustrating. Today I even witness another patient leaving because she couldn't wait any longer. I feel sorry for the older patients that sit there for hours waiting. Something needs to change.
