She taught me how to comfortably put my contacts in even though I was terrified, she's patient, speaks clearly so I understand why I'm doing what I'm doing, and I love going back to her office every year to get new glasses. She no longer works in Prospect, but she's located in JCPenny Optical in Manchester, CT.
