I have been a patient with this group since 1974. Over the years I have mostly seen Dr. Savedoff and I feel like I could never be in better hands. We have had some moves within the Syracuse/Manlius area and I tried other groups for location convenience but always returned to Dr. Savedoff because he continually addresses all my eye care issues. The entire office is very professional and extremely pleasant and helpful. I feel my vision has been the best when I am in their care. Thank you so much for always being there for me!

I've been a patient of Dr. Ciccone for several months. It has been like pulling teeth to get any answers about my eye problem. I had two office visits and explained that my condition was worsening. He brushed it off and said "you've probably had this forever and you're just noticing it now" and that he couldn't order any imaging, that my then PCP had to. It was said that they would put a neuro referral in but then it never went through and lots of excuses and passing the buck. I decided to seek an opinion from a new internist and I had an MRI within 24 hours and I know now that there are issues. Unsafe practice and poor follow up. I do NOT recommend this office.

Dr. Savedoff has been my eye doctor for over 40 years. He is a very skilled diagnostician. His examinations are thorough and always accurate. My eyeglass prescriptions have been perfect and never needed correctios or adjustments. Dr. Savedoff is a caring professional who is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. His staff is friendly and accommodating.
