I hate doctors as a rule and I love going to Dr Anderson. This is my personal eye doctor I won't let anybody else touch my eyes I don't trust anybody else to touch my eyes and I just don't want anyone else to touch my eyes. The staff are amazing they're friendly they're fast if they're going to get you in there they're going to get you what you need and they're going to get you out the door so you can get back to your life

Office staff is friendly and talkative, Dr. Anderson did a great exam for my whole family and we weren't there hours waiting around. Looked up the cost of a prescription for me before writing it and went with the over the counter as it was cheaper. I will continue to use him for all my eye needs! Thank you.

Used them for years and never had issues!

I went to Dr Andersons office this past Tues, June 2nd. I drove 1 hour to be there because they advertised that they take walkins. The lady said 1 hr to 1.45 hrs so I sat there. The first hour there was 3 people there including myself. So I checked with one of the ladies and said maybe another 2 hrs!!! I told em I drove an hr to their business do to the fact they accept walkins. Definitely a huge disappointment for sure!!

Very deceptive advertising. They advertised a $45 eye exam special but would not honor it. I called within 5 minutes of seeing their commercial on TV on March 17th. According to their commercial the promotion ends April 5th. So obviously we called within the advertised time frame. Their deceptive practice has just cost them at least 5 new clients. Me, my husband, my daughter and my parents. They are liars... don't trust them!

Not impressed, I am sure Dr. Anderson is a wonderful Doctor. With that said the receptionist wanted us to confirm our insurance ourselves. I have been to plenty of clinics and this is not common practice. We give the information they confirm insurance. easy peasy.

I have been a patient for a number of years and have found Dr. Anderson to be professional and knowledgeable as well as personable. Likewise, I have found his staff to be helpful and friendly.

Technician scratched my glasses while checking the prescription. The scratches were on both lens in exact place where machine is used. When I told her about the scratches, she denied it was anything she did. Talked to Dr. Anderson who also wouldn't take responsibility even though the scratches exactly matched the machine. My family and I will not use Dr. Anderson again and will not refer anyone to him.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Anderson is knowledgeable and has been taking care of my family for years.

I have been going here for years, and I absolutely love them. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Great exam very professional and prompt I would recommend this young man highly he has performed my last 2 exams and is top knotch.

Have come into Amarillo 3 times over the past month to get an eye exam for my daughter. Each time it’s a first come first serve with no appointments. Each time there’s not a doctor available and no one in the lobby. Do you guys even have a doctor working there anymore or is it all for show. You’ve lost my business. One star is too many. Real crappy way to do business. If you don’t have an optometrist on staff anymore then just say it stop telling someone to keep coming back.

Staff and Dr. were both very friendly. I called ahead to see if they took our insurance and receptionist took the time to look up my insurance while I was on the phone. Unfortunately, they did not except our insurance, but the price of the exam was very reasonable. Decided to go ahead with the appointment. When I arrived staff was very friendly and offered a receipt at the end of the exam so I could file insurance on my own and hopefully get reimbursed. Dr. Anderson was very helpful and my exam was top notch. Will recommend this place to everyone!

Had an appointment scheduled, I arrived on the appointment day and early for paperwork to hear I had canceled my appointment. Why would I show up for an appointment if I canceled it!! Been going here for years. Never again!!

Reception was clearly either not being honest or just picking the people getting in that day by no more than how they feel about it. Lobby had maybe 10 people and was told that there was 19 people and we could check in but there wasn't a guarantee we would be seen, no problems yet, when asked if it would be best to wait to be safe we were given the lightest of a warning that that would be the best but it would be fine if we left, as they just call your name and if you're not there then you may as well have not even bothered checking in. we come back just between the hour to two hour prediction to check on our spot and we're told they had removed me from the list after "calling" my name even though when I went I still saw at least half of the same people from the lobby waiting from the initial visit... so its clear in reality they actually jusr saw us leave and just took me off the list so we could come back and they would get to be super rude about "well after yall left we called your name and had to take you off the list" not even any sorrys just someone being rude for sport, still feel like we could have actually gotten helped later in the day if the two receptionists working weren't so bothered we "interrupted" their distracting conversation when really it took them close to half a minute to even realize we had walked in, almost ignoring us in sideeye hoping we would just change our mind or something? absolutely would not recommend if the receptionists can't just be honest if yall are so iffy about just letting people check in just tell customers no need to be given such a rude runaround for no other reason than you don't feel like maintaining the waitlist you fake nice, over enthusiastically and condesnedingly offer to customers if I could give half a star I would I only even came here with it being the only place offering appointments for the day

I saw Dr. Trout, she is amazing! She listened to my concerns about my contacts. She was patient with me until we found a brand that was comfortable. She also addressed my dry eye issue that my PCP told me was normal.

Best eye doctor in Amarillo. Dr. Anderson, Dr. Trout, and Dr. Brinkman always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of, and get the best exam for your eyes possible. Will always recommend this office for your vision checks

I love this place. I would recommend it to anyone.

Called for an appointment. I was told I could walk in and be seen, drove all the way from Canyon to sit there and wait for an hour. Come to find out what they didn’t tell me was that I had to wait until all the patients were seen if they showed up. They should not have walkins then unless there is a scheduled appointment available. Needless to say I walked out. Nobody has time to sit there for four hours or however long it will take.

Find another eye exam! This guy's terrible and he will not fix his mistakes or provide compensation. Tried working with him after he wasted my time and money on a bad exam. It was just further waste of my time. He offered for me to give him more money to fix his mistake. Unreal! Unwilling to use proper channels to remedy the situation. The ego!

Called to see if we could get in for an exam they said yes, we drove an hour for there and they said the doctors were leaving, it was 2:15 and they don’t close until 4, very very annoying.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere! Love our visit every time!

Best ever! Dr. Anderson and his staff are amazing. From reception to the techs and the doctor himself. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Anderson answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns over my vision. This is the only place I will recommend my friends and family to go to.

One of the best eye doctors I have ever been to! Have been going here for years and the staff is always super helpful. All of the doctors Dr Trout, Brinkman, and especially Anderson are always super helpful and get you in and out as quickly as possible with an appointment. Highly Recommend!

Absolutely incompetent!! Did my prescription wrong called and was told they would fix it. Was told by one lady that it was a problem that other patients had. She is no longer there. New ofc mgr tap dance around and blamed me for his incompetence and told me sure come in we'll fix it, but then they're going to charge me for it. They screwed it up and I have to pay for it TWICE DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT EYE EXAM

Wish I would have read the reviews before going. Awful service. Given a prescription for contacts that they could not get in. Office manager blamed it on the manufacturer of the contacts. Then maybe don’t prescribe contacts that aren’t made. Given samples of contacts that were not the right prescription. The right prescription is pretty important. I had taken my kids there and it was fine but they did an awful job with me. I am looking elsewhere.
