Very clean and I really like the staff. Dr. Schisms is exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She explains everything very well. So the reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my sons appointment was at 2:00pm and we did not meet with the doctor until 3:00pm very frustrating. I had an appointment myself a few weeks ago and everything was quick in and out so maybe there was an issue today that backed up the appointments so we’ll try again next year.

I've been coming to West End Eye Care for well over a decade and can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. Their personalities really put you at ease and my visits almost feel more like catching up with old friends rather than just an exam. A special shout out to my sweet friend Wanda!! My experience was a great one. The receptionist welcome me very nicely
I didn't have to wait after I sign in. Doctor and everyone took care of me properly and in a compassionate way. Great experience. I will recommend this place to others.
