I'm relatively new to wearing contact lenses and have just been changed to hybrid contacts (half soft/half hard). Tiffany was patient with me in learning how to care and use these new contact lenses. She calmed my frustrations and explained that the things I was feeling were completely normal and things would be alright. She was compassionate and very patient. THANK YOU!!! West Georgia Eye Care is THE BEST IN CARROLLTON.

This office is the most friendly and helpful eye doctors office I've experienced. Everyone from check in, to doctors all the way through the end of the appointment was extremely helpful. Even though the office was busy, I never felt rushed or hurried through the process. The end of the appointment when the tech took to try a new contact lens prescription, she was was kind and patient with me, answered questions and even laughed at my dumb jokes. Everyone made sure that the entire process/appointment was seamless and that I was satisfied. Best Eye Doctors Office EVER!!

Dr Goad is attentive, professional and knowledgeable. She has been invaluable in navigating my ever worsening eyesight. My visits are always a delight and my wait time is short. I recommend her and her office on a regular basis.
