I have been going there for 5yrs now and am very pleased with the service I received in a timely manner. Front desk receptionists are always nice n pleasantly happy😊 and they never fail to greet patients as soon as we walk thru the door. The staffs in the back are the same way. I love my doctor, (Dr.Nick) she is always pleasant and are very attentive to your needs and any concerns. This will always be the place I go for my eyes. Nothing is like being able to see and read, no matter how far or how close. Thank you Dr.Nick and your staff for caring.

A wonderful annual eye care visit at West Georgia Eye Care on Whittlesey in Columbus GA. Kendra assisted me with grace and generosity. My worry about getting around was solved with the wheelchair Kendra provided. Great seeing Dr. Cynthia Nix who always remembers me from year to year. Highly recommend Dr. Cynthia Nix and the excellent staff from check-in to check-out.

Excellent. Customer service. Everyone was very professional. Dr. Brooks explained everything in a manner that I was able to understand (was caring and concerned and that made me understand more about my eyes. Thank you all from Che co in through it all thank you all including scheduling and the lady (for got her. Name was so professional and experience with her was awesome.
