One of the specialist overcharged me for one of my frames and for literally 13 days and counting I have not received my refund. I have called every week. I’ve been very cordial and patient but everyone seems to be slow walking the money they owe me. I’ll tell everyone do not waste your time here. Definitely do not waste your money here because they will not give it back. This is unacceptable and I certainly do not appreciate being treated as if my time and money are not as precious as there’s. So everyone please go somewhere else. This place is not worth it. I still haven't received my money. It's coming up on a month now. It's been a month now and I still have not received the money that I'm owed. Like I said before this unacceptable. Just another quick update everyone it’s been 2 months now and I have not received my refund yet. I’m just going to chalk it up that I’m never getting my money back. Im done being frustrated but I’d advise everyone to not go here. Just don’t waste your money. Just want to update that it’s been 3 months going on 4 and no refund still.

Horrible experience, will not be returning. The Dr. (not Mark Ching) insulted me multiple times during the eye exam and seemed more concerned with upselling me on new glasses than making sure my prescription was accurate. At least the front desk staff was great!

It was my first time at Total Vision of West Hollywood, I went in for new glasses and contacts. All around the staff was very professional and friendly. Especially, Jeffrey who assisted me with choosing my frames. He is so knowledge and familiar with choosing the right frames for different face shapes. I’ve received so many compliments on the frames. I could not be more satisfied with the level of services he provided. All around great staff. I will def be coming back.
