Truly the best experience I’ve ever received at an optometrist’s office. From the minute you walk in to the warm handoff of eyewear expert: Alemi, who recommend two frames (glasses and sunglasses) that I ended up buying. Dr. Shah is so warm and takes the time to learn of your needs and even suggests something you didn’t factor and now an indispensable solution! So great this amazing place is a 10 min walk from my place since they’ll be the home of any future eye-care needs 😊

Had walked by this location for years and decided to finally try it out. Super easy to book an appointment through their online portal, the eye test was a piece of cake and their inventory of unique/designer glasses is unmatched. I'd highly recommend asking for Matt, as he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of to the highest regard. He even pulled some strings to get a pair of hand made Thierry Lasry's shipped to Chicago in record time, when other eye shops around the city had 3 month lead times! This is a one stop shop for any eyewear aficionado in the West Loop or surrounding areas. My kiddo loves them too!
