Dr. Shihab and his staff are wonderful; I have been seeing him for several years. I did not like the new way of checking in by machine! The personal touch of their friendly and courteous personnel is so much better. Also, it was extremely cold in the waiting room.

I was not sure how the registration kiosk would work, but it was so easy! The front desk staff are ready and willing to help if a problem arises. Every staff member is so nice and helpful. Dr. Sherman is very willing to listen and answer any questions you have.
