Took my daughter to her first eye exam & I was definitely not impressed. We waited 2 HOURS, like wow. Definitely will not be coming back. Then come to find out I have to go find a place where they accept her insurance to be able to purchase her glasses.

I am a long-time patient here and go every 3-4 months for check-ups. The medical care is 5 stars, but the logistics and management of the office has a lot of room for improvement based on my experience yesterday. I received a call at 8:37AM for my 10:30AM appointment, telling me that my insurance referral had expired. Why was this not communicated to me several weeks before so I could have taken care of it? I ended up having to go by my primary care's office (since I couldn't reach anyone on the phone) to get the approval from my insurance before 10:30. When I arrived, they were so overbooked that I had trouble finding a parking place. When I entered the lobby, there were new kiosks to do self check-in, but no signs explaining the procedure or anyone there to help. The waiting room was mobbed. I was on time. I waited 25 minutes after my appointment time to be called up to the desk to give my copay. Why not automate that at the kiosk, too? Then, it was another 10 minutes before I was taken back to see the doctor. I've never had to wait that long when the old system was in place. I don't think it is an improvement in efficiency. And there were additional problems getting checked out - long lines, long wait, understaffed for the volume of patients. I was disappointed and frustrated by the time I left. P.S. I would be happy to talk about it, but the email address the company has provided below has been returned as "Does not exist or is unable to accept mail."

It's a great place, friendly staff but not very organized. When I went they had a line of patients all the way to the door. This was my first time, so hopefully it's not always like that. The visit itself was quick. I don't care for the Dr. He could be more patient oriented and act like he cares. That's just my opinion.
