Was not called back for over an hour after scheduled surgery time.Waiting room was so small family members were asked to wait in the car, which my husband did for about 2 hrs in September heat. Once called back everything was so efficient and great. Dr Shoukfey is amazing along with back room, surgical team. Need larger waiting room at surgery center, as every patient is required to have someone drive them home.

I feel that I was well taken care of. Everyone was very polite and knowledgable and answered my questions. I was surprised at how fast the cataract surgery went. I look forward to getting my left eye done. Thank you and my greatest appreciation for this service.

Incompetent! Husband had an appointment today and after all the emails, texts and phone calls to confirm today's appointment they call yesterday afternoon to say doctor #1 has an emergency but he can see doctor #2. Same day same time. This morning, now doctor #2 is out sick, but doctor #1 can see him at 9am Texas time. No way can we make it there in time(we're in New Mexico). Husband asks what happened to his original appointment and they don't show he has an appointment for doctor #1, of course not, y'all canceled it. 😒
