If I could put a ZERO I would. Patricia the front office staff at the surgery center has no remorse for patient care. I would recommend traveling to Retina Center Southlake for complete care and treatment. Avoid this surgery center at all cost. There are much better eye surgery centers in Texas.

I bring my Dad here and the staff is always so nice and efficient.
They take really good care of him.
I feel like everyone's experience here is as unique as they are, and individual health makes a difference in the outcome.
But I ask questions and search and I feel like WTRC care and are doing a great job.

Dr. Patel, the nurses, and the staff were all wonderful. They listened and explained the procedures that they were doing very clearly. I was impressed.
